The Adventures of the Squashingtangle Family is a strange romp through the unknown. A seemingly normal American family as they make their way on several vacations trips across this great land and the people, animals, and things they meet. Don't think for one minute that there's a plot to the half-dozen vignettes included here. They're only a description of the sights and sounds (gee, that sounds like a elephant-hide wallet being smacked with a rubber-based watermelon spoon) the family encounters while driving along America's highways in their motorhome. Now what color was that motorhome again?
Millie and Gabe just got engaged. As a way of celebration they choose to take a vacation to Bahamas. Of course they couldn't leave Dave behind. They had planned it all. But Millie has been a bad girl, wetting herself and humping a stranger on the plane. Hence, her men decide to punish her by keeping her without sex, which for a healthy twenty year old girl is more than a punishment. It's a disaster. Oh, but Millie has her own ideas about how this vacation should go so, although Gabe and Dave try to soften her with a big surprise, she chooses to cast her own sexual punishment.
"The book is beautifully illustrated. The colors are bright and vivid, and the pictures are simple and straightforward. Each illustration has a small ladybug somewhere, which will keep searching toddlers entertained. I think this book succeeds on many levels. While teaching the alphabet, each letter can teach a new animal, as well as a new verb. And most importantly the text and illustrations are interesting enough that you won't go out of your mind the 8th time you read the book in a 30-minute span! So if you're looking for a great A-B-C book be sure to check out Adventures of WonderBaby." - "SuperCoolBaby" "It's a really cute concept, a baby teaching the alphabet with some superhero elements thrown in." - ComicCon's The PULSE Faster than a speeding bulldog, more powerful than a "loco" mole and able to leap tall building blocks in a single bound...comes WonderBaby! Like attention-getting infants everywhere, this tyke displays a growing collection of abilities. But what makes WonderBaby unique is that he embodies all the powers of the wild kingdom. For every letter of the alphabet, WonderBaby transforms into a different animal with a special super power! Illustrating scenes from A to Z, WonderBaby changes into a zoo-ful of animals, from insects to mammals. Crawling and flying, swimming and smiling, WonderBaby demonstrates the sensational experiences that all babies share. This alphabet board book delights toddlers and their parents, who instantly recognize WonderBaby's endearing qualities in their own children. The illustrator Joe Chiodo has been called a "legendary talent... recognized for his stunning painting achievements for DC Comics, Marvel Comics and Wildstorm." Learning your ABCs has never been so much fun! "the alphabet section is one of the best I have ever seen...This book is engaging and educating. A real keeper." - The Opinionated Parent "WonderBaby features our caped crusader (i.e. infant) transforming into various creatures, each with a distinct 'talent' you'll quickly recognize... WonderBaby not only entertains but teaches. Each animal and its unique 'superpower' walk you through the alphabet from A to Z. I love it when learning is fun!" - The Boutique Cafe "I received this as a gift, but within fifteen minutes of it arriving, I got online and ordered more copies. Because Wonderbaby is going to tear through these in no time, and I need at least one to whip out at her wedding." - Cool Mom Picks "I am a huge fan of FUN ABC books! It's such a reward to watch your child read along with you and begin to point out and recognize the letters! The Adventures of Wonderbaby from A-Z is fantastic! Not your typical A is for Apple and B is for Boy kind of story! Instead WonderBaby 'Drools like a Dog' and 'Wiggles like a Worm', much more engaging and entertaining for the kids." - BabyLuxe
